About us

The origins of the company can be traced back to the early 60’s when a young Viviano Iazzeti, full of enthusiasm and willing to do, learnt the first rudiments of the profession in his family’s tailoring workshop, under the guidance of his father Potito, a master craftsman.

In 1988, now with a consolidate experience in the field, Viviano Iazzetti had a brilliant intuition: to open for the first time in Italy, a luxury clothing boutique in a shopping centre: the first FOUR STROKE MAN store was thus launched in CinecittàDue, the first big shopping centre of the capital.

Style and elegance have been distinctive features of the company from the outset.

The most prestigious brands were offered to a selected clientele that began to consider the  company as a reference point in terms of quality and elegance. The field of tailoring for men, which soon became a “must” for many businessmen in the capital, was developed with particular attention.

Two other members of the Iazzetti family joined then the company: Claudio and Daniele, who, with passion and dynamism and together with their father, took on new and exciting challenges. In 2001 FOUR STROKE opened a new store dedicated to womenswear in CinecittàDue and another one dedicated to young men in Frascati.

Collections were enriched with refined accessories: man and woman perfumes,  room fragrances, luggage, shoes, bags, scarves, watches boxes and much more. New and important national and international brands started to collaborate with the group to propose to clients up-to-date offers that reflected the company’s core business: style and elegance.

Customers appreciated the new offers, the group grew, consolidated and evolved again.

In 2010, in fact, the Woman store in CinecittàDue was completely renewed, the space widened and the environment became more sophisticated and welcoming; the following year, in 2011, a new, contemporary and geometric location for the Man store in CinecittàDue while the Woman store opened a new space dedicated to shoes.

In December 2011, FOURSTROKE presented its last creation: the newborn website www.fourstrokegroup.com
